All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied with a copy of our original invoice to ensure prompt credit. We are not responsible for any merchandise returned without this information.
We are not responsible for variation between different batches of the same pattern. We recommend ordering samples prior to placing orders to be sure of the color and scale of the pattern.
All returned product must be uncut, unopened and in excellent condition.
We cannot guarantee that orders for additional quantities of previously ordered product will be from the same dye lot.
Claims for defective product are considered only for up to 3 strips of a wallcovering after it is hung on the wall.
All credit must be issued back on the same credit card used for the initial purchase. If the order was paid for via check or cash, a check for the amount of the refund will be issued within two to three weeks of the date that the refund is requested.
All returned paper wallcoverings are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Grasscloth wallcoverings are subject to a 35% restocking fee unless there is a manufacturing defect. Certain types of grasscloth and naturals are non-returnable. See below for further details on non-returnable products.

- Certain grasscloths and other natural wallcoverings
- Flocked or glass beaded wallcoverings
- Items sold by the yard or meter
- Custom digital prints
- Opened or cut rolls
Special ordered products must be returned within 14 business days. The customer assumes responsibility for all freight charges back to our mill(s).
